How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery across the United States generally takes 5–10 business days. Delivery times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or carrier delays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and shipping details. You can also visit our Track Your Order page at any time.

Why hasn't my tracking updated yet?

Tracking information can take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives your package. Please allow a little time and check again later.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order has not yet entered processing, we may be able to update your shipping details. Please contact us as soon as possible at shoppolarbaby@hotmail.com.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled before they enter processing. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

What is your return policy?

What should I do if my package shows as delivered but I can't find it?

Please check around your delivery location, mailbox, building reception, and with neighbors. We also recommend contacting the carrier directly. If you still need assistance, contact our support team.
