Returns & Refunds Policy

At PolarBaby, every order is chosen with care for a little one. We want you to feel confident in every purchase and supported should something not feel quite right.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be returned unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all original packaging included.

To begin a return request, please email us at shoppolarbaby@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Exchanges

We are happy to review exchange requests for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the outcome.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and reflect the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent incorrectly.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will review the situation and provide the appropriate next steps.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been:

Opened, used, worn, or washed
Damaged after delivery
Returned without original packaging
Marked as final sale

A Note on Color & Appearance

We do our best to present every PolarBaby product as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, and individual device displays.
